They had Claude and Codex. They still needed experts.
Dario knew how to open one market at a time through personal networks and country-specific research. The harder problem was opening markets such as Japan, Chile, Germany, and China at the same time, including regions where the right companies and decision-makers were not reliably visible on LinkedIn or Google.
Blueprint tried to solve the problem internally with Claude, Codex, Sales Navigator, Apollo, and manual list building. The tools could surface obvious companies and support individual searches, but the process did not scale into a precise international prospecting motion.
The limitation was not access to AI or data. Blueprint needed experts who could define the targeting logic, find non-obvious accounts, validate the right buyers, and turn the research into qualified conversations across email and LinkedIn.
"We had already tried to, I would say, the obvious things, is like ourselves using tools like Claude, Sales Navigator, Apollo, and so on. And I would say, to be honest, that worked to a certain extent, but it really didn't scale."
Enablement turned the tools into a global outbound system.
We started by translating Blueprint's expansion mandate into precise market, account, and buyer criteria. Instead of asking AI for generic lists, the motion used specific qualification logic to identify the right distributors, clinics, companies, and decision-makers in each market.
We then built the data and execution workflows around those criteria: account research, list building, enrichment, buyer validation, messaging, email infrastructure, campaign execution, reporting, and ongoing optimization.
LinkedIn became a second acquisition channel. Enablement helped build Dario's presence from scratch, shape the initial content and messaging, and operate outreach that created personal conversations and booked meetings alongside email.
30-40 qualified meetings a month and more than $10M closed.
Within six months, the system was generating an average of 30-40 qualified meetings per month. Dario estimated that roughly 95% of his calls were with the right buyer personas and decision-makers inside the right companies.
The motion helped Blueprint build distribution coverage across 30 countries without a dedicated global BD team. Manual company searches and one-off list building were replaced by a system that delivered qualified conversations directly to Dario's calendar.
Commercially, the motion generated a high eight-figure qualified pipeline and contributed to more than $10M in closed revenue. LinkedIn also became a repeatable meeting channel, despite Dario starting with no prior experience using it for business development.
AI accelerated the work. Expertise made it commercially useful.
Blueprint already had access to powerful AI and prospecting tools. What changed was the operating system around them: the targeting logic, data workflows, validation, messaging, campaign execution, and continuous optimization required to make outbound work across different markets.
The result was a global distribution motion that produced qualified meetings, pipeline, and closed revenue within six months. The tools mattered, but the expert application of those tools created the commercial outcome.
