Your call recorder gives you transcripts.
Jordan gives you the fix.

Jordan is an AI sales coach that scores your calls against the three most-used qualification frameworks - SPICED, MEDDIC, and BANT - and tells you the exact words to say on the next call. Free forever. Installs in your Claude desktop app in 30 seconds.

Gong, Chorus, Fathom record your calls.
None of them tell you why you lost.

Your call recorder gives you a transcript and a generic AI summary. That's data, not coaching. You still have to figure out where the call broke and what to do next - usually alone, between back-to-backs, while the deal goes cold.

What your $1,600/seat notetaker gives you

A transcript and a guess

  • Word-for-word transcript
  • Generic AI summary
  • "Action items" that miss the actual gap
  • No score against any framework
  • No diagnosis of why the deal stalled
  • You still have to write the next email yourself
What Jordan gives you

A score, a diagnosis, the exact next move

  • Score per dimension (1-10) against SPICED, MEDDIC, or BANT
  • The exact quote that earned (or lost) the score
  • The single biggest gap dragging the deal
  • The exact sentence to say on the next call
  • A check on whether you booked the next call before hanging up
  • All grounded in real qualification methodology

A scorecard, not a summary

Run /jordan:review-last after a call. Jordan pulls the transcript from Fathom (no copy-paste), scores it against the framework you choose, and renders a coaching report you can act on before the next conversation.

Jordan's Scorecard - Acme Corp / 2026-04-20 SPICED

Solid context-gathering, but you did the prospect's emotional work for him.

DimensionScoreHeadline
Situation 8/10 Strong context map across team and stack
Pain 5/10 Analyzed, not felt - he reasoned, didn't bleed
Impact 4/10 You did the math, not him
Critical Event 4/10 "Top three for the quarter" is a TODO list
Decision 4/10 Found a competitor, missed procurement
The fix · say this on the next call
"What made you take the CRO role here, and what's your personal definition of failure six months in?"

The full scorecard goes deeper - per-dimension coaching with direct quotes, the biggest gap, three exact questions to ask next call, and a process discipline check (did you book the next call before hanging up?). Sample output and framework references are in the repo.

Why three frameworks instead of one

Most call review tools are framework-agnostic, which means they tell you nothing. Jordan uses the three most-deployed qualification methodologies in B2B sales. Pick the one that fits your deal shape - or run all three side-by-side with /jordan:compare when a deal is stalling.

SPICED
Default · Winning by Design

Consultative B2B mid-market. $10K-100K ACV. Catches whether the prospect's pain is felt, not just admitted. Five dimensions: Situation, Pain, Impact, Critical Event, Decision.

MEDDIC
PTC · Enterprise standard

Complex enterprise deals. Multi-stakeholder, formal procurement. $50K+ ACV. Catches whether you have a champion and whether the Economic Buyer has actually approved a spend like yours before.

BANT
IBM · Transactional

Short-cycle SMB deals. Single buyer. Sub-$10K ACV. The original qualification framework. Catches whether you ever asked about money - the simplest gap and the most commonly skipped.

The three frameworks view the same call differently. SPICED catches whether pain is felt. MEDDIC catches whether you have a champion. BANT catches whether you ever asked about money. When a deal stalls, run /jordan:compare - the frameworks disagree exactly where the deal is most at risk, and that disagreement is the diagnosis.

Free forever. No catch.
